Using the game

The game is free. The tracks are original layouts inspired by karting; any brand names or logos that may appear belong to their owners. Usernames, group names, sponsors and chat messages must stay respectful: we may edit or delete them, or ban an account, in case of abuse, cheating or impossible lap times.

The game is provided "as is", with no guarantee of permanent availability. Leaderboards may be corrected in case of error.

Intellectual property

The game, its tracks, its graphics and the KART GP logo are protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. 3D models under open licenses are credited in the source code.
